Purpose

changes from develop

New features

update the 3D clustering to handle multiple TPC’s
- other enhancements
improvements to the event display
- for example, the 3D geometry is now handled by an experiment specific art tool so that multiple TPC’s can be displayed (e.g. ICARUS).
- Plus lots of other enhancements.

Bug fixes
