Purpose

- Addressing #26294
- fcl files have been repaired to use new ParticleListAction defaults and to use larg4SingleGen. The routine also
  demonstrates how to access the MCTruth and MCParticle data objects:

  - fcl/testmctruth.fcl : enable dropping of em shower particles, use simpleLArTPC.gdml
  - ParticleListAction_service.cxx: keep track of trackids that were dropped and add set of dropped track Ids to the event. if the track ID is on the set no MCParticle has been produced. No trajectory points are added to MCTrajectory for steps that were limited by the StepLimiter
    process in the active liquid Argon.
  - CheckMCParticle_module.cc: example how to access the set of dropped particles.

- GausHitFinder ROI loop with tbb
- This PR changes the loop over ROI in GausHitFinder_module.cc from a simple for into a tbb::parallel_for. Note that the outer loop over wires is already a tbb::parallel_for, so this code is thread safe (when used with thread safe tools). Adding an extra layer of parallelization allows tbb to reduce thread imbalance. This is a non-breaking change, and the output should be unchanged.
